this clip suggests that theres a particular school which is facing loads of problems such as new teachers, bad students and fights happening almost every day. I expect school dilemmas to be a minor like just normal verbal fights and getting detentions from teachers not teachers calling the police onto students.

Kids in the clip were wearing school uniform which indicates that it is set in a school . the old man in the beginning of the episode connotes that theres going to be a lot of drama.

a car driving through the school gates tells us that it is going to be set in a school.

Slogan

Slogan – the slogan for this is ‘Man of Iron’. This phrase is meant to sum up the image itself such as ‘the best for less’ means us men can get the best suits for a lower price. This also shows what men need these days when you can do or use such as weed woman and whiskey. This slogan also includes the word ‘iron’ which is showing Robert Downey JR is iron man from the marvel universe. The use of pun appeals to the male leadership to Robert Downey JR in Iron man

Cover line

Cover line – for this GQ magazine the cover line is ‘SUITS UNDER $400’ and ‘SHOES UNDER $200’. The way the font is actually on full caps lock is to show that it’s a bargain and how it’s worn by Robert Downey JR makes it look expensive which is why they also made the sub-heading ‘THE BEST FOR LESS’ which is also in caps lock to emphasise the heading.

Title publication

The title of publication – the GQ logo is placed at the top of the magazine with the colour contrast of black and white, it’s also placed there to make it easily visible and the way that the titles font is shown also shows that this magazine is for the higher classes. The connotations of gentlemen quarterly connotes that this is for men aged above 18.

Blog 3; LIAR analysis

Language: the movie civil war is a action and si-fi movie and its also it associates with other captain amercia movies such as avengers, avengers age of ultron and winter solider. the story of this movie is about 1 team of heroes split up due an argument about responsibility and they fight amongst themselves.

Industry: the company behind this movie is called marvel comics who are associated with action, fantasy and science fiction.

Audience: this movie is targeted t teenagers aged 12-18 as it contains a lot of action has has youngsters favourite superheroes.

Representations: the representations in this movie isn't that fair as you can see there's more men than woman. they also have message at the bottom and they are saying that when they are together they are strong but when they divide they are weak.

The urban colour palette was chosen as the labrinth album cover contained all the colour in the palette.Personally I say the audience would be teenagers aged between 14-18 as younger kids use bright colours instead of dull and urban colours.
